Deposition Video Recording:

2 hour minimum $150.00/hour
All additional hours $110.00/hour

Equipment Setup & Packing:

One hour for gear $110.00/hour
Setup & Breakdown

Travel Time:

In Manhattan (NYC) $110.00
One hour travel time
Outside of Manhattan (NYC) $00.65/mile
Starting & ending at 99 Hillside Ave, New York, NY 10040

Additional Equipment:

Laptop $50.00/day
Use on site for remote participants

Rates Include:

Recording, sending/uploading paperwork, deposition MP4 medias files to the clients designated email or cloud drive (We use WeTransfer) within 24 hours of the time the depositions was taken.

Cancellations:

24 hours No Charge
24 hours or more prior to scheduled deposition date
Under 24 hours $150.00/hour
2 Hour Minimum
